THE ENGINEER → PM ARC

Built the systems. Then the product function.

I’m an AI Product Manager who learned by shipping software. The domain changes. The job is still to understand the work and make it better.

Engineer first.

I learned product by building software people had to use. At Infra.Market, I worked on retail operations, dealer ordering and real-time visualisation. With Photon Studio, I followed the work from store-manager interviews to launch and feedback.

React, React Native, Node.js, Go and Python were the tools. Understanding the workflow was the part that made the software useful.

Then the first PM.

I built core products behind VectorShift’s move into enterprise financial services as an engineer. In April 2026, I became the company’s first Product Manager. The roadmap for an approximately 20-person engineering, QA and design organisation now runs through our product team.

The PM title began in April 2026. I do not backdate it. The product ownership started earlier, both in the systems I built at VectorShift and the end-to-end work at Infra.Market.

AI products, across domains.

My current work applies AI to private-equity workflows: verifiable records, scenario modeling, claim checking and agentic reasoning. The underlying questions are broader. What does the person need to decide? What context does the system need? What should it be allowed to change?

Earlier, I led a 20-member team at Thal.E, building food ordering and queue management across three campus canteens. Different users and constraints gave me another way to learn the same product discipline.

Beyond the roadmap.

I studied Computer Science at VIT Vellore from 2020 to 2024, graduating with a CGPA of 8.71/10. As Chairperson of CodeChef-VIT, I led a 150-member community and helped raise ₹3,00,000+ in sponsorships for DevSoc, with 1,500+ participants.

At Infra.Market, I mentored five interns through hands-on React Native and Go projects and supported their growth into full-time roles. I am based in Bengaluru, with roots in Coorg.
