## Summary

First PM at VectorShift (YC S23), an enterprise AI platform serving 100K+ users and private equity clients managing $15B+ in assets. Built the core products behind the company’s pivot to enterprise financial services as an engineer, then formalized the product function as its first PM.

## Experience

### VectorShift (YC S23) · Remote

Jul 2025 – Present

Product Manager (Apr 2026 – Present) · Software Engineer (Jul 2025 – Apr 2026)

- Became the company’s first PM and built the product function from scratch. Two PMs now work under me, and the roadmap for a ~20-person engineering, QA, and design org runs through us, with 3 new products in flight.
- Built Portfolio Engine, the system of record for 100+ portfolio companies and 10,000+ transactions. Every number traces back to the document it came from, so there is nothing left to reconcile at quarter end and the quarterly close dropped from weeks to days.
- Added conversational exit modeling on top of it, so an investor can ask what gets a fund to 2.0x instead of rebuilding the model in Excel. Over 1,000 scenarios have run this way without touching the underlying ledger.
- Built Deal Intelligence, which breaks an investment thesis into linked claims, risks, and initiatives rather than leaving it in a static memo, and designed the agentic layer that reasons across every deal the fund holds to argue for or against a move. Thousands of initiatives have been proposed and amended through it.
- Rebuilt permissions as role-based access control (RBAC) mapped to the 5 personas who actually use the platform, instead of a generic admin/member split. That is what finally let enterprise accounts share work and onboard without hand-holding.

### Infra.Market · Bengaluru

Dec 2023 – Jul 2025

Software Engineer I (Jul 2024 – Jul 2025) · Software Developer Intern (Dec 2023 – Jul 2024)

- Built Photon Studio end-to-end: ran user interviews with store managers, wrote the product specs, led the launch, and ran post-launch feedback cycles that shaped the roadmap.
- Built a real-time kitchen visualisation tool that cut design cycles from 4–5 client visits to 1–2, shortening the sales loop and improving conversion.
- Owned development on Photon, an operations platform deployed across 30+ retail stores; surfaced and prioritised workflow gaps directly with store managers.
